Day 84
Ah the anticipation of our last zero day til we reach Ashland, Oregon.
Today was about last minute things. We spent a good amount of money yesterday at the grocery store for the food for this next section as well as three resupply boxes we sent.
While Bliss and I went into town in South Lake, the rest of the group stayed in the cabin to relax. Bliss got a relaxing massage, while I did personal errands which included going to the gear store. I ran into a couple of hikers, including "Blue" and "Giggles." We then had a delicious meal at the Lotus Pho restaurant before we went back to Tahoma.
Upon arrival, we hurriedly boxed our food resupply and made it to the Post Office just in time.
It was a tremendous team effort. The last hours of the day were spent resting, looking at our phones, perhaps connecting with family and friends, or looking at what the next section will bring.
