Day 40

I felt really good leaving Tehachapi. It was the same feeling I had when I started the PCT from Campo. I felt very well rested.

Perhaps I was also quite excited that the Sierra Nevada is not far ahead. Or perhaps finally realizing that I've finished the Mojave section. Also my ankle was finally feeling good, not quite 100 percent, but was not bothering me at all.
